1) paragraph question....

ans) plz guys dn't waste time here. very big paragraph.. but only one question asked from it...

2-20) sentence competion, antonyms, synonyms, active and passive voice questions. we can easily answer them.

APTITUDE

20-40) all are R.S AGARWAL MODELS. If you r familiar with it u can answer it.

40-50) C program output type questions , digital circuits

Latest CTS Placement Paper September 2011 Kolkata

At first the cognizant people came to the college,gave the pre placement talk.Then started the aptitude exam.
There was two part in the paper ----1st part is Verbal and 2nd part is Analytical.
Question was not so easy.You should practice properly specially the verbal part.
322 selected from 340 in the aptitude test .

After a long wait my name was called for the interview.I was lil' bit tensed because that was the 1st interview in my life.Hopefully my HR was a very good person after entering in the interview room-

1. logical reasoning (30q)
2. verbal (40q)

1:LOGICAL REASONING:

1-5 find the out series out from the five.
6-10 cube problem (find the no of cubes painted with at least one face etc...)
10-15 data sufficiency (revise the basic geometry formula )
16-20 puzzle(a thief stoles with the help of x,y,z tools --- VERY EASY)
21-25 puzzle(jumbled puzzle --- LITTLE TOUGH)
26-30 syllogism

2:VERBAL:

1-10 reading comprehension
11-20 sentence improvement
21-30 sentence correction
31-40 theme detection

Myself, I am K. Vineeth Kumar Reddy pursuing my Masters in Engineering(CAD/CAM)(Mechanical) from C.B.I.T., Hyderabad. CTS have given their PPT on 30-08-2011 and they have visited our college on september 16th for written test. Atotal of 800 attempted the test 640 got shortlisted for next round(Interview).
Second round was conducted on the next day i.e., today(17th sept 2011). Interviews were started at 8:30AM in the morning and ended at 3:20PM.
There were a total of 45 panels, coming to my interview it is both technical and HR combined

The PPT started at 9 am which went on till 10am.
After which we were dispersed to d respective rooms where in we were given a form to fill up(which was quite easy to fill).

How’s it’s been? Hope you must be preparing well. :)

Here we are sharing our experience of WIPRO campus recruitment, placed in WBUT. We, the students of MTech(software engg, VLSI, Biotech and IT), ME(computer sc.) and BTech(computer sc.& IT), appeared for that, criteria was min 50% in madhyamik or equivalent(10) and HS or equivalent(10+2), and min 60% from diploma/ graduation and post-graduation.

On the very 7th of September WIPRO came to our university regarding campus recruitment.

I took the Infosys Interview on 24-Aug-2011 at 2:00p.m. The interviewer was a 55 year (approx) old man.

Me: May I come in Sir?
Interviewer: Yes

Went over to where he was sitting...He shakes my hand...
Me: Good Afternoon Sir
Interviewer: Good Afternoon, Please sit.

Interviewer: Saurav, are you nervous?
Me: Yes Sir, I'm a bit nervous.

Interviewer: Why?
Me: Actually Sir this is my first interview since 1995...

(Interrupting)
Interviewer: Why 1995?

Recent Wipro Placement Papers 2011 On-campus recruitment drive

Wipro came to our college on 8/08/2011 its a on-campus drive.

no.of students attended written are 720(approx.)

no.of students cleared written are 320-340(approx.)

No.of students Selected are 175 (it is almost double to previous year )

Unfortunately! i haven't cleared my written ..................
